How We Work
Step One Assessment
You will receive a letter inviting you to apply for the BroxWZ insulation and heating scheme. You may telephone to make an appointment or wait for a surveyor to call.
Step Three Installation
Once the survey has been completed and your property is found to be suitable for loft or cavity wall insulation, our contractors will contact you to arrange a date for the work to be completed if you wish to proceed. Our contractors are well established, installers who employ fully qualified staff.
Step Two Survey
A BroxWZ surveyor will visit your home within 5 days of receiving your letter to complete a technical survey to check that your loft and walls in your property are suitable for insulation measures.
